Ontario Corn Producers' Association and Ontario Soybean Growers are offering the
Spring Credit Advance Program (SCAP) for the 2006 crop. An application fee of
$175 per application applies. Applications will be mailed to the participants of
the 2005 Advance Payment Programs for corn or soybeans, or visit
